MCST Branding
Winning a government tender is not easy for a company like ours. Our prices are often way out of the park and our design led process at odds with the pedestrian approach to design encouraged by local commissioning civic bodies. That being said we’ve had one or two lucky breaks and even though this was not the final chosen submission we liked it enough to put it up here. The MCST is housed in the breathtaking ex-Naval Hospital at Bighi, built by the British in the 1870s. Taking our cue from the imposing facade we created a calm, fresh interpretation of a science and technology focused institution, imbued with a sense of establishment.
